Access control without key cards or shared keys
Copying keys for every employee, guard or tenant gets messy fast, and you never know who has one. Pak Smart Locks gives each person their own login to open the doors and gates you choose, and records every opening.

People and permissions
The account admin adds people by their email address and gives each one a role: admin, staff or user. Everyone signs in with their own password — nobody shares a login.
When someone leaves, remove their user and their access stops straight away. No keys to collect and no locks to change.
Every opening on record
Each open command is logged with the person, the door and the time, along with whether the device carried it out. Admins can review the activity log and export it to CSV for their own records.
Several doors, one account
Add as many Smart Lock Boxes as your plan allows — front door, back gate, store room — and see which ones are online from a single dashboard. Each box connects over Wi-Fi to the Pak Smart Locks cloud, so branches in different cities can be managed from the same account.
Is it the right fit?
Pak Smart Locks is phone-based remote access. If you mainly need staff attendance, fingerprint readers or card badges at the door, a biometric attendance system may suit you better — and it can often run alongside the Smart Lock Box on the same lock.
Common questions
- How do I remove an employee's access?
- Delete their user from the Users page in your account. Their login stops working immediately; nothing needs to change at the door.
- Can I see who opened the door?
- Yes. Every open command is recorded with the person and the time, and admins can export the activity log to CSV.
- Do staff need to install an app?
- No. Pak Smart Locks works in any modern phone or computer browser.
