A smart lock lets you open a door or gate from your phone instead of a key. With Pak Smart Locks you don't have to replace the lock you already trust: a small Wi-Fi device, the Smart Lock Box, connects to your existing electric lock and our app does the rest.

How it works
The Smart Lock Box sits next to your electric lock and switches it the same way a wired open button does. Once it is on your Wi-Fi, it stays connected to the Pak Smart Locks cloud, so the app can reach it from anywhere — no static IP, port forwarding or router settings needed.
- Tap Unlock in the app on any phone or browser.
- The command goes through our cloud to your Smart Lock Box.
- The box opens the lock and the app confirms the result.
- The unlock is recorded in your activity log with who opened it and when.

What you need at home

- An electric lock, electric strike or magnetic lock that can be opened by a switch or button.
- A 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network that reaches the door. 5 GHz-only networks are not supported.
- Power for the Smart Lock Box near the lock.
Installation and support in Pakistan
Our team installs the Smart Lock Box in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad and shows your family how to use it, in Urdu or English. Elsewhere in Pakistan you can set it up yourself: power it on, connect your phone to its setup hotspot, choose your home Wi-Fi, and it registers itself.
The Smart Lock Box is a one-time purchase. The app, updates, cloud service and support are included.
Common questions
- Do I have to replace my existing lock?
- Usually not. The Smart Lock Box works with electric locks, strikes and magnetic locks that can be opened by a switch. A purely mechanical lock needs an electric lock fitted first.
- What happens if my internet goes down?
- Remote unlocking needs the Smart Lock Box to be online, so keep a normal key or manual release for your lock. When the internet returns, the box reconnects by itself.
- Can more than one person open the same door?
- Yes. Every person gets their own login, and each unlock in the activity log shows who did it.
